Refund & Returns Policy

At Lifebio, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns

You may return any unopened and unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition

  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To initiate a return, please email us at customerservices@life.bio with your order details. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Note: We do not accept returns on opened or used patches for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty.


💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


🚚 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was delivered damaged

  • You received the wrong item

If eligible, we’ll cover return shipping or issue a prepaid label.


🧾 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, simply return the original and place a new order.
