I bought a packet of these patches and just throw them in a drawer and forgot about them (sorry). I’ve been struggling a lot lately with my health and mental health. My anxiety got to a point I couldn’t sleep for days at a time. Where any nights I did sleep I only got 3 hours. My body hurt and I was physically and emotionally drained. I did try everything over the counter meds, herbal sleep aids, I even went as far as spray,noise and smells. NOTHING helped. My last stop was to see my GP.
